The Pigalle Restaurant is a well know established and very successful Portuguese restaurant group, based in both Cape Town and JHB. This 300 seater restaurant boasts style, finesse, and impeccable fine dine service. Whilst you enjoy your meal, you can be entertained by live musicians on stage and even get a dance or two in with your partner on the dance floor between your meals. There is a spacious bar offering an array of drinks from cocktails to premium brand whiskeys. They also have an impressive wine collection, selecting top vintages from our local award-winning wine farms in the Cape region. If you wanting to enjoy your aperitif in a sublime setting try out their cocktail and cigar lounges, designed to impress the mind with a sense of grandeur.

The Menu

The Pigalle menu offers both Ala Carte to Set Menus as well and is known for mouthwatering classic dishes prepared and served fresh to order with a Portuguese flair, using only the highest quality produce available. Pigalle uses A grade meats, which have been well-matured grilled to your perfection (although it is recommended to go for medium-rare), to an array of mouthwatering seafood platters and delectable desserts, the menu promises to tantalise your taste buds and have you coming back for more.

Dress Code

Pigalle Restaurant dress code is smart casual as they aim to provide a feeling of stylish fine dining. It is for this reason, they strictly request you and your partner dress up for the event using smart casual in mind. However, whilst the ladies can easily pull together a styled outfit wearing jeans and open shoes, unfortunately, gents you will not be allowed in with the same - so no open shoes or trainers to be worn at all. They look forward to whisking you off your feet with a dining experience to remember, so do try to dress the part gents.

Private Functions

They also cater for lunchtime bookings, and private functions should you require their venue for an event be sure to ask about their number of packages available.

Open for lunches from Monday to Saturday between 12:00 - 14.30, and dinner from 18.30 - midnight. Sundays are closed.
