City Rock Climbing Cape Town is perfect for indoor adventure

City Rock Cape Town offers an array of climbing challenges perfect for beginning rock climbers, or those more experienced adrenaline junkies seeking a bigger thrill.

South Africa has established rock climbing centres in both Cape Town and JHB, offering world class facilities including bouldering (climbing 3-4m high without a rope), to sport top rope and lead climbing, training areas, automatic belay walls and a yoga studio, CityROCK indoor climbing gym is a fun way of exercising in a safe and vibrant environment.

CityROCK Cape Town's facility includes a large bouldering area (250m2) and 9m high walls for lead and top roped climbing (650m2).  

Yoga

They have a well-known Yoga centre, again offering beginners classes and sessions for the more experienced yogi bears. Once you done you can sit back with friends over a cup of java enjoying the free wi-fi facilities.  

Events

Corporate or Birthday Events City Rock also caters for both personal and corporate events, be it children's birthday parties or effective team building events.  

Opening Times Mondays & Wednesdays 9am - 9pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am - 10pm, Fridays to Sundays 9am - 6pm, and Public Holidays 9am - 6pm. Closed for Christmas & New Years Day only.
