Cape Wheel offers Spectacular Views
The Cape Wheel offers a 360 degree panoramic view of Cape Town, from the V&A Waterfront precinct. Your viewing experience includes the Mother City, Table Mountain, Robben Island, Cape Town City Skyline, Paarl Mountains and the Cape Town Stadium. There are 30 fully enclosed cabins which are also air conditioned for added comfort on the hotter days in Summer. The Wheel also caters for wheel chairs with 2 wheelchair friendly and accessible cabins.
Cost & duration of the ride on the Cape Wheel
You will be taken up 40 meters above The Mother City, with a 12 - 15 minute, 4 revolution ride. Don’t worry safety measures are a top priority as well as comfort.
Ticket info: Bookings are not required in advance, just show up and grab your seat. Adults (16+) are R100, Children (4-15) are R50, and under 4 years go for free! Family combo (2 adults and 2 children) goes for R270 and Pensioners (60+) are R60. All tickets include a R5 donation for the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation.
